Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Boschmann Electronics, we strive to provide an efficient and seamless shipping and delivery experience for our customers. Whether you are shopping with us locally in the UAE or internationally, we ensure that your order is delivered in a timely and reliable manner.

1. Delivery Timeframe (UAE)

  • Standard Delivery: Orders within the UAE are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Express Delivery: For faster delivery, we offer Express Delivery options. Orders placed before 2 PM are typically processed and delivered within 1-2 business days, depending on the delivery location.

    Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, availability of products, and other factors beyond our control.

2. Delivery Timeframe (International)

  • International Shipping: For international customers, the estimated delivery time depends on the destination country and shipping method selected.

    • Standard International Delivery: Estimated delivery time of 7-14 business days.
    • Express International Delivery: Estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days.

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs, holidays, and local conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

  • UAE Shipping Costs: We offer free standard delivery on orders above a specified amount AED 200. For orders below this threshold, a nominal delivery charge will be applied based on your location.
  • International Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size of the order, and destination.
    • Duties and taxes for international shipments are not included in the shipping cost and will be the responsibility of the customer.
 

4. Delivery Locations

  • We currently ship to all cities and regions within the UAE as well as internationally to various countries. Please enter your shipping address at checkout to confirm whether we deliver to your location.

  • Note: Some remote or hard-to-reach locations may experience longer delivery times or be excluded from standard delivery. These locations may include:

    • Al Hajar Mountains
    • Desert Areas of Abu Dhabi
    • Certain areas in Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain
    • Remote Islands and areas in the Northern Emirates
    • Dubai Silicon Oasis (on request)

    These areas may require additional charges or longer delivery times. In some cases, the delivery service may be unavailable, and we will notify customers in such cases.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the progress of your delivery. You can use this number on the courier’s website to track your order.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Missing or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will assist with resolving the issue and arranging replacements or returns.
  • Failed Delivery: If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, our courier partner will make two additional delivery attempts. After three failed attempts, your order will be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for reshipment.
 

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or local laws. If there are any issues with your order that restrict shipment, we will notify you promptly.
 

8. Compliance with UAE Laws

  • Please be aware that Boschmann Electronics complies with all applicable UAE laws and regulations, including those related to international trade and sanctions. As such, we do not offer services or products to countries under OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions or any other regions subject to international trade restrictions.

9. International Orders (Customs and Duties)

  • For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, and these will be the responsibility of the customer. Boschmann Electronics is not responsible for any customs delays or fees incurred at the border.
  • If any product is refused or held by customs, it may not be refundable.
