If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a simple return and refund process, subject to the terms outlined below. This policy applies specifically to Home Appliances, Kitchen Appliances, Electronics, and Personal Care products.
1. Return Eligibility

Return Period: You can return most products within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition.

Exceptions:
- Home Appliances: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. If the product has been installed or used, it may not be eligible for return.
- Kitchen Appliances: Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging. Opened or used kitchen appliances are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Electronics: For Electronics (e.g., audio systems, blenders, and other gadgets), products must be returned in their original, unused condition. Any opened electronics, or items with broken seals, cannot be returned unless defective.
- Personal Care Items: Due to hygiene reasons, Personal Care Products (such as razors, trimmers, and hairdryers) cannot be returned if opened or used, unless the product is defective.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
2. How to Return an Item

- Step 2: Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, and in most cases, we will issue a return shipping label.
- Step 3: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring that all accessories, manuals, and any included items are returned with the product.
3. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected to confirm it meets our return eligibility, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- International Returns: For returns from outside the UAE, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Any applicable customs fees or taxes incurred during the return process will be borne by the customer.
4. Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in processing the exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used personal care products (for hygiene reasons).
- Electronics with opened seals or used.
- Home or Kitchen appliances that have been opened, used, or installed.
- Products purchased during sales or promotions, unless defective.
6. Refunds on Promotions or Discounts
- If your order was part of a promotional offer or used a discount code, the refund will be processed based on the value of the item(s) after the discount was applied.
7. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: For most returns, the customer will bear the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Free Shipping Returns: If your order was eligible for free shipping and is returned for reasons other than a defect, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
